With a background rooted in collegiate athletics, Joe has spent years coaching athletes toward consistency, resilience, and long-term health—prioritizing smart progression over quick fixes, crash diets, or fad programming.

At Level, Joe applies this philosophy to endurance and marathon preparation by helping athletes train with intention, recover with purpose, and understand their bodies more clearly. His work emphasizes education, adaptability, and individualized programming—meeting athletes where they are and guiding them toward where they want to go.

Every training block is supported by measurable recovery inputs and performance tools — no guesswork, just intentional preparation.

Post-Race Recovery Add-On Discounts

After you cross the finish line, your body still needs focused recovery work. Available 48–72 hours post-race, this offering includes:

  • Targeted IV infusions for hydration and inflammation support.

  • Strategies designed to offset cumulative race stress and support tissue repair.

Is this program only for Music City Marathon runners?

No. While the program is built specifically around the demands of marathon training, it is open to any endurance athlete who wants structured, data-driven recovery support.

Do I need to be a Level member to join?

No. This program is open to both members and non-members. Current Level members may enroll, but marathon program pricing and discounts do not stack with the standard 20% member discount. This program offers exclusive, race-specific access.

How long does my recovery membership last?

Your Recovery Membership lasts for the duration of your selected training window (12, 8, or 4 weeks) and ends when the program expires on race week (May 1).

What if the program fills?

Enrollment may close early due to limited capacity.
