How did you get into wellness, both personally and professionally?

My journey into wellness really began with nursing. Working in both psychiatric and aesthetic medicine has given me a unique perspective on how closely our physical and mental well-being is connected. I've always been passionate about helping people feel their best. My experiences have taught me that true wellness goes far beyond treating a single concern. Personally, I've grown to appreciate the importance of movement, balance, and making time for myself, especially while navigating a busy career. Professionally, I love having the opportunity to combine my clinical background with my passion for aesthetics and help people feel confident from the inside out.

What can Level clients expect when they meet with you? What are your responsibilities as part of the aesthetics team?

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their treatment decisions. I'm passionate about patient education and believe aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features rather than change what makes you uniquely you. As Level's nurse injector, I specialize in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments, while also providing personalized consultations and developing long-term treatment plans. I work closely with our aesthetics and wellness teams to create a comprehensive experience tailored to each client's goals. Above all, I want every client to feel valued, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.

What excites you most about being part of Level?

What excites me most about Level is the opportunity to be part of something that's redefining the traditional approach to wellness. I love that Level recognizes aesthetics as one component of a much bigger picture and encourages collaboration across different specialties. Having access to a team that values preventative care, longevity, and individualized treatment allows us to approach client goals from multiple perspectives. I'm especially excited to help grow our aesthetic services, introduce clients to new treatments, and bridge the gap between wellness and aesthetics. It's rewarding to be surrounded by people who share a genuine passion for helping others feel their best.

What misconceptions about wellness do you wish people understood?

I think one of the biggest misconceptions about wellness is that it has to look a certain way or requires a complete lifestyle overhaul. Wellness isn't about perfection, and it certainly isn't one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may look completely different for someone else, and that's OK! I also think people tend to associate wellness solely with physical health, when mental and emotional well-being are equally important. Small, consistent changes can have a meaningful impact over time. Ultimately, wellness should be about creating a lifestyle that helps you feel your best, not trying to meet someone else's definition of healthy.

How does your psychiatric nursing background influence your approach to aesthetics?

My background in psychiatric nursing has shaped the way I connect with patients and approach their care. It's taught me the importance of active listening, building trust, and recognizing that everyone brings their own experiences, expectations, and insecurities into a treatment room. In aesthetics, I believe understanding why someone wants a treatment is just as important as understanding what they want treated. I'm intentional about creating a comfortable environment where patients feel empowered to ask questions and express concerns. While aesthetic treatments can enhance confidence, I also recognize that self-worth extends far beyond physical appearance, and that perspective guides every consultation.

Go-to wellness pick-me-up?

A Pilates class, a good iced coffee, and a little time to myself! Sometimes a reset is as simple as getting moving and stepping away from a busy schedule.

Favorite workout song?

“Confident” by Demi Lovato. Anything with a good beat that makes me forget how much longer I have left in my workout! I'm definitely someone who needs a good playlist to get through it.
